These terms explain how SulitVPN may be used, what is allowed, what is not allowed, and how subscriptions and vouchers work.

By installing, accessing, or using SulitVPN, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

SulitVPN provides VPN access through supported servers, voucher activation, trial access, subscription status, app notifications, and related support.

3. Accounts, devices, and vouchers

  • One voucher is valid for one device unless stated otherwise.
  • Do not share, resell, leak, or abuse voucher codes.
  • Trial access is limited and may not be reset by reinstalling the app.
  • We may block or expire abusive devices, vouchers, or subscriptions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SulitVPN for:

  • Illegal activity
  • Fraud, scams, or account abuse
  • Spam, phishing, malware, bot traffic, or hacking
  • Attacking, scanning, or overloading networks
  • Reselling the service without permission
  • Activities that damage SulitVPN servers or other users

5. Network and promo support

SulitVPN is designed to help protect your connection and support stable VPN use on supported networks and promos. Network operators may change rules or traffic handling at any time, so we do not guarantee that every promo will work forever or that all data treatment will be identical on every network.

6. Payments

Payment may be available through the website or through manual support. If you do not know how to pay through the website, contact us on Telegram.

Manual payment methods may include GCash, Maya / PayMaya, and PayPal. Always confirm payment instructions with the official SulitVPN support channel before sending money.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case. If a voucher was used, abused, shared, or violated these terms, a refund may be refused. If a technical issue is confirmed and support cannot solve it, we may offer replacement time, a new code, or a refund depending on the case.

8. Availability

We try to keep SulitVPN stable and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Servers may be updated, maintained, replaced, blocked, overloaded, or temporarily unavailable.

9. Updates

You may need to update the app to continue using SulitVPN. Some old versions may stop working if they are no longer supported.
