- App version and platform
- IP address used to connect to the backend
- VPN connection status
- Assigned server ID
- Plan, voucher, trial, and subscription status
- Usage totals such as today/month traffic amount
- Firebase notification token for push messages
- Support messages you send to us
3. Data we do not intentionally collect
- We do not sell your browsing history.
- We do not intentionally store the websites you visit.
- We do not intentionally store the content of your VPN traffic.
- We do not read your private messages, files, or passwords.
4. Why we use data
- To register your device and prevent free-trial abuse
- To activate vouchers and subscriptions
- To connect your device to the best available VPN server
- To monitor server health and service quality
- To show usage, plan status, and expiration in the app
- To send important notifications, updates, and account alerts
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized sharing
5. Payments
If you pay manually through GCash, Maya / PayMaya, or PayPal, payment details may be handled by the payment provider and by the support channel you use. Do not send unnecessary personal information.
6. Retention
We keep technical account data while your account or device remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and service security.
7. Your choices
You can contact support to ask for account help, voucher help, correction of wrong account data, or deletion where legally and technically possible.
8. Sharing
We may share limited data with service providers needed to operate SulitVPN, such as hosting providers, Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, and payment providers when you choose manual payment.
9. Security
We use access controls, server monitoring, and secure backend systems to help protect service data. No system is 100% secure, so users should also protect their devices and avoid sharing voucher codes.

SulitVPN is not intended for children under the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us.

VPN servers and backend systems may be hosted in different countries. By using SulitVPN, you understand that technical data may be processed where our servers and providers operate.
